If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and all booked services may not be guaranteed. All deposits are nonrefundable. If you reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Cancellations require at least 12 hours notice or the deposit will be forfeited. NO SHOW will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
